Entries are checked before they publish and carry the date they were verified. Where something is unconfirmed the listing says so, because being sent to an office that closed at two is worse than having no listing at all.

Why verification is the product

Scraped directory data is wrong in exactly the ways that matter: an hour that changed, a number that no longer answers, a requirement added last year. So each entry is confirmed rather than collected, and dated so you can judge it.

If something here is out of date, tell us. On a directory whose only claim is that the details are checked, a correction is the most useful thing a reader can send.

Get listed

Partner registration is where to submit a business, school, clinic or service. We confirm the details before publishing, and a verified listing is worth more to you than one that is merely present.

Coverage, honestly

The directory is being built, and some categories are thin. A short list is a gap rather than an answer, so if what you need is not here, two things work better than waiting.

Ask locally. In Nepal a neighbour, a landlord or a shopkeeper two doors down is a better search than any website, and a recommendation carries real weight.

Ask the community. Questions and answers and the Nepal community board are where somebody who found the thing last month is likely to have said so.
